Jacqueline (Jax) is a highly experienced Personal and Executive Assistant who has supported a wide range of clients - from creative start-ups and growing family-run businesses to well-established corporates, international property firms, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Known for her sharp organisational skills, calm efficiency, and ability to bring clarity and structure wherever she goes, Jax is a trusted and valued partner to every team she joins.
After starting her own family, she founded Ivy Hugh - named after her two children - to continue offering high-level, reliable support to businesses that need a safe pair of hands and a strategic mind behind the scenes.

Lucy Watty
Lucy is a Virtual Assistant with 14+ years’ experience in accounts, admin, and logistics. After having her first daughter, she started her VA business in 2020 to create more freedom and build a life she loved.
Since then, she’s helped countless mums in business reclaim their time, feel empowered, and grow with intention.
Now a mum of two, Lucy is even more passionate about supporting women to build businesses they love around lives they love. Outside of work, she’s big on fundraising for causes close to her heart, planning wellness retreats, and soaking up family time (preferably with a cuppa, a good book, or something Disney!).
